The best start of a conference: ToC O'Reilly Media. Lots of comix, Douglas Coupland-ish views, social networking, how-tos backwards, no bullshit-selling own company, lots of unload brain and serve on my plater (laptop), and IRL scenarios/ examples. It's sci fi but its also now - here on my screen.

I love the fact that I am able to reach more people with my writing on the internet but the biggest hurdle for me is to understand that it doesn't happen overnight. You have to learn SEO in addition to understanding social media. It's kind of like an art you have to master. I'm happy with my progress though, April
